Just a tip to share with you all if ain't feel well... (Erm, yes I'm ill.)
Don't feel ill at all!
Continue to do things you would as normal.
And trust me, you'll soon feel all better.
It works kinda well for me. I realised when I'm all concentrating on my flu, it just gets worst.
So... Yeah do try it out and tell me if it works or this works only for me. :)
