Routine's back!

Started doing my sit-up routine for like three weeks now
and just yesterday I started the 35 sit-up routine.
I've decided to increase the number of sit-ups probably every month, slowly 5 by 5, right till 50.

Actually I've been rather good with sit-up ever since when I was 14
and during physical tests, I'm only confident at sit-up and nothing else really (which was pretty useless, considering the number of stations I have to pass).
Then I began to slack off and found out my torso area was deteriorating
so I wanted to start the work-out routine again.

You would probably ask me what's the benefit of doing it.
For me, I could see my stomach area shaping and defining into
what you would probably call muscle packs.

So for all those girls out there who is always envy of other with good body figure,
START WORKING OUT!
The Chinese have a saying,
There ain't no ugly people, just lazy ones.

And besides working out,
you could also keep a food diary which is to make daily records of everything you ate so as to keep track of them and make necessary changes.
Though I'm still in need of a food diary, I'll keep a mental note on fried & unhealthy food I've ate and ensure that I wouldn't touch any of that for at least a week.
Sooo yeah, it's important to control what you eat too.

Work a little harder & eat a littler healthier, if you want a better body! :)
